River Vision and Action Programme

La Noche es Joven (The Night is Young) is a programme initiated by the City Council of Santander that opens its facilities to the youth of the city at night, on weekends, to offer a series of different activities.

This endeavour unites residents and tourists in an effort to reduce the most common waste on Serifos’s beaches, cigarette butts, creating a new culture of beach behaviour.

A local multi-agency group uses a systemic approach to investigate and counter radicalisation among vulnerable groups, to recognise diversity, promote inclusion, and encourage dialogue and participation.
