During the physical distancing measures and lockdowns imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19, university life all but stopped. Many departments and research centres still find a way to continue their work.
The Oxford Research Centre of Humanities, TORCH, is a nucleus of intellectual energy for the humanities and a place to develop new ideas and collaborations both within and beyond academia. In light of recent global developments, TORCH has decided to go wholly digital and now provides a variety of exciting competitions, articles, flash-fiction contests, podcasts, and like online. This enables the institutions to provide their communities with innovative food for thought.
