In turbulent times and in times of crisis it can be difficult for decision makers to keep an overview and/or merge information to one big picture. During the coronavirus crisis some infected people were transfered to Intensive Care Units (ICU) so it was imperative to look at the situation of ICU on a regional and national.
The German Interdisciplinary Association of Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, in cooperation with the Robert-Koch-Institute, therefore decided to give a daily overview on German ICU. The report is available for free and provides insights not only for politicians, civil servants but also for businesses and civil society.
