Leaving the house for necessary errands can severely endanger their health. The City of Vienna has set up a 24/7 service hotline for those with an increased vulnerability to the virus. It offers assistance with organising their daily lives, especially tasks that would require them to leave the house, such as buying groceries or medicine. This practice was conceived and started by the City of Vienna.
