Open Government Data has become a central pillar in a society based on information technology. It also provides a huge potential for entrepreneurs, media, researchers, CSOs, and the public sector, to develop ways to tackle the secondary effects of the coronavirus crisis.
The OECD Secretariat, through the Digital Government and Data Unit, is calling for evidence on the release and use of Open Government Data (OGD) in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. The institution gathers information in an open repository about which data are being released and how different actors are innovating with them to support countries’ policies and actions.
