Allocation of free university resources for Covid-19 testing

A significant part of the progress in the struggle against the spread of the coronavirus depends on testing capacities. Many universities have personnel and equipment well-suited for corona testing.

A platform developed during the #WirVsVirus Hackaton of the German government allocates free capacities of universities such as material, machines, and personnel to certified test laboratories for corona tests.

The platform is called PIRAT-Tool (for Pandemic Important Resource Allocation Tool) and can be found here.
