SIMPLIFY AND STREAMLINE PROCESSES

The Suomi.fi Quality Tools service aims to improve public digital services in Finland by developing unified measurement tools that collect data from all levels of the public sector, enhancing the user experience and reducing the costs and administrative burden of both service users and service providers. The goal of the project is to simplify and streamline processes in public digital services while lowering the barrier to entry for citizens and businesses that make use of public services, benefitting both end users and the public sector more broadly.

CUSTOMER-ORIENTED FOCUS

The Suomi.fi Quality Tools includes a digital platform that evaluates and monitors the quality of digital services with a customer-oriented focus. The service includes features such as the Self-Assessment, Customer Feedback, and Utilisation Rate Measurement tools, available free-of-charge to all service providers in Finland. By providing a uniform way of evaluating services, the platform increases interoperability and improves transparency, making it easier to compare data within and between organisations.

HIGH QUALITY DIGITAL SERVICES

The Suomi.fi Quality Tools platform helps to measure the comprehensiveness and use of digital services in the public sector and to provide real-time feedback from the end user. As an integrated tool for knowledge-based management, the platform provides digital tools for evaluating, monitoring, and assessing the quality of digital services within and between organisations. This broader perspective for identifying the strengths, weaknesses, and best practices in the implementation of different digital services has the potential to be useful at the national level and beyond.
