    Collaboration between short film festivals

    Many cultural events had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. This includes short film festivals which were due to take place across the world.

    A group of more than 20 cancelled short film festivals is now joining forces to organise the “My Darling Quarantine Short Film Festival” online. The audience can vote for their favorite out of seven films on the topic of “dystopia” presented each week. The festival is accompanied by a crowd funding campaign for those who are most severely affected by COVID-19.

    Supporting young people in launching projects to support their region

    To motivate young people to develop ideas that support their neighbourhood, city or region, "wweeddoo" called for the best ideas and offers them financial support.
