During lockdown many children had to stay at home. This is a hard time for parents and children alike. Still, for children it was especially tough to not leave homes and not seeing their friends – thus creating feelings of loneliness.
To support parents and children alike, the Emilia Romana region started a project to help girls and boys to overcome the constraint of physical distance and to continue maintaining relationships and ties. Digital workshops were started to help to maintain the links between children and young people from different cities and help them to travel with imagination. This also helps children to develop creativity and feel part of a bigger reality.
