    Furniture company helps to meet medical equipment shortage

    In times of crisis, shortages of necessary medical equipment put a strain on hospitals and care facilities. But businesses may have the capacities to shift their production and help governments.

    IKEA is working with several suppliers to ramp up output of masks for health workers, as well as hand sanitizers, visors and single-use aprons. In this regard, the company is joining a growing list of companies contributing to cope with the crisis.
