Crisis response manual

The rapid change of circumstances and new advancements around Covid-19 require precise and up-to-date knowledge for governments and citizens. Governments at all levels – national, regional and local have to manage the crisis response mechanisms rapidly and coherently.

To simplify the response mechanisms, the political innovation organisation Asuntos del Sur within the project Innovación Pública 360 and the Bloomsbury Policy Group published a handbook in Spanish and Portuguese.

The handbook is easy to read and gives a concise overview of well-proven crisis response mechanisms by showcasing guidelines on public health, communication, and technological developments. The manual was developed in March 2020
