Crises always cause secondary effects, such as negative impacts on economies and businesses. In case of the coronavirus crisis, economies were was hit by severe supply and demand shocks – and this strongly affected national labor markets. Especially, as they do not have permanent work contracts and rely on outsourced projects, freelancers, sole traders and micro entrepreneurs were hit hard by these shocks to the economy.
In order to make it easier for freelancers, sole traders and micro entrepreneurs to find jobs, the Finnish association of advertising and PR agencies (MTL) expands its expert database also to non-members. Consequently, MTL’s member agencies that are searching for marketing and communications professionals are also able to contact non-member experts directly.
This initiative was started by the Finnish association of advertising and PR agencies MTL.
