    Psychological support for citizens

Being in isolation does not only pose obvious challenges to private and business life, it also brings along several secondary effects. During the Corona crisis, people are not only affected by a feeling of loneliness but also by concerns about their own health as well as the conditions of their beloved ones. As during this crisis whole communities are also on lockdown, people are not able to share their concerns by visiting educated personnel and/or professionals.

To tackle that challenge, the State Government of Tyrol introduced a hotline that is available to citizens 12 hours a day. Psychologists, life coaches and clerical companions help and support citizens in dealing with their concerns and serve as a highly qualified contact point for these matters.

Up-to-date information about covid-19 and support hotlines in the state of Tirol can be found here.
