    Railway app prevents crowded trains

    As the measures against the spread of the novel coronavirus are being phased out in many places, more people are returning to using public transport. At the same time, physical distancing is still of utmost importance.

    The German railway company has reprogrammed its app and website to show commuters which connections have already been heavily booked. This allows people to book a less frequented connection and prevents overcrowded trains. The booking for a specific connection closes as soon as a certain number of reservations is reached.
