    Running event made digital

    City marathons are among the events that currently cannot take place as the risk of spreading the coronavirus would be too high. Many runners miss these opportunities to challenge themselves in competition with others.

    The AG Antwerp 10 Miles run has now been transformed into a virtual format. Participants still do actual running but track their distance with a sports app that is connected to the virtual event. They receive virtual medals which they are encouraged to pass on to health workers.
