Successfully organizing blood donations

Even in a crisis, some needs do not change. The coronavirus forces people to stay home, but with every passing day, blood stocks decline.

Thus, the Greek National Public Health Organization (EODY) Blood Coagulation and Transfusion Monitoring Center, the Region of Attica, the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Blood Donors Associations (POSEA) and “Oli Mazi Boroume (All together we can)”, collaborate to meet the great needs that have arisen. On their online platform, each participating municipality or organization states where and when volunteers can book their personal appointments to donate blood safely.
