U:DO helps with applying for short-time work

Entrepreneurs who got into difficulties with their company due to the corona crisis can be helped to survive this crisis by short-time work with cost savings. However, the way to the approval of short-time work compensation is quite complicated. Therefore, the U:DO initiative has been launched which accompanies through the entire application process.

U:DO, a chatbot, gives answers to the basic questions such as “What is short-time work?” or “What conditions must be fulfilled to receive short-time work benefits?” Then the website asks a few questions and uses the answers to fill out a form for the Federal Employment Agency. Finally, the platform explains how to simply send the completed form to the Federal Employment Agency.
