Web tracker checks inventories of big stores

Again and again, it is reported that people hoard goods such as toilet paper, pasta or disinfectants during the coronavirus crisis. As a result, other customers are faced with empty shelves. Two students from the University of Texas have developed an online tool to combat this problem.

This tool allows checking the product inventory at numerous stores at a glance, which prevents people from making unnecessary shopping trips.
