    Converting factories to produce hand-sanitizers

    People aim to protect themselves and others from the spread of the virus and seek ways to disinfect their hands. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of disinfectants has increased drastically and resulted in a global shortage of hand-sanitizers.

    Using already existing factory infrastructure, the French perfume producer LVMH has converted its production line to produce free hydroalcoholic gel. Providing it to French health authorities and hospitals free of charge, helps to address the shortage of the product.
