    Family packages for keeping busy at home

    Not all families have a wide range of toys and books at home. This can lead to boredom and frustration, as the measures to slow down the spread of the coronavirus forces many of us to stay at home most of the time.

    A children’s’ support organisation has launched a call for donations of books, toys, and arts and crafts materials. The donated materials are then sent to families in need so they can give their children more diverse things to do at home during the lockdown measures.

    This initiative was started by the Kinderstiftung Bodensee.

    To show solidarity to medical staff during the crisis, a group of volunteers mobilized to bring prepared meals to hospital workers.
