    Food boxes for people in need

    During times of crisis, the most vulnerable groups of society are very often hit the hardest. This is especially true in underfunded countries.

    In Lebanon, an initiative has been launched to ease the pressure on the poorest households. A youth-led political movement seeks donations to buy food. Each box costs 50,000 Lebanese pounds (about 30 euros). What’s unique about this initiative is that it does not ask recipients to prove their income.
