    Hotel delivers food to senior citizens

    During the coronavirus crisis senior citizens are amongst the most vulnerable groups. Not only because they tend to have pre-existing illnesses which worsen the symptoms of the disease, but also because quarantine measures isolates them and makes it difficult for them to buy food, medicine, and other necessary items.

    The InterContinental Hotel Vienna started a campaign to help senior citizens with an offer to deliver them a free meal (starter / main course) and a newspaper to their front door. The package can be ordered through a simple phone call.
