Library service as reliable source of information

The librarians of Tallinn Central Library launched an initiative that aims to support citizens in finding valuable and credible information to everyday questions. In order to prevent citizens from getting information from non-verified sources, they are asked to contact the library service which will sort their queries individually.

This initiative not only helps citizens to cope with the vast amount of information they receive via various media channels, but it also lessens the number of calls to emergency hotlines.
