    Making a cycling festival corona safe

    Many sports and community events had to be cancelled due to the Corona virus outbreak. As some of the strictest regulations have been lifted, event organizers are now considering how to make their events corona safe.

    The Lake Erie Cyclefest is being spread out from 4 days to 62 days, allowing participants to complete their rides within these two months. This way they prevent that too many participants are at the same place at the same time. The revenue of the event goes to non-profit organizations that are contributing to the relief efforts during this pandemic.
