    Offering a fear-free news service

    Many online news articles are currently loaded with fear. Some articles are even intended to increase fear in the population, many are circulated unchecked on social media. Some people find it rather difficult to cope with this kind of news coverage.

    To provide those who need support emotional and practical support in coping with the crisis, self-help activists created a news website on which the news of the day is shared in a simple, structured and completely calm way.

    Providing hospitals and frontline medical staff with necessary equipment

    To provide hospitals with missing equipment, an initiative crowdsources necessary materials such as masks and visors.

    Freshly cooked meals for hospital workers

    To show solidarity to medical staff during the crisis, a group of volunteers mobilized to bring prepared meals to hospital workers.
