Offering holiday apartments to medical personnel

During the coronavirus crisis, medical staff is on the frontline, working extremely long hours, putting themselves at risk often without time for breaks, let alone a proper rest. And this is what medical personnel will definitely need once the worst of the pandemic is over

An online platform in Belgium offers a solution. Under the slogan #youcarewecare, willing citizens can list their secondary home, villa, vacation house, etc. for one or more weeks for a free stay for medical personnel to offer them a well-deserved holiday. So far, more than 3,000 people have joined the campaign.
