    Online course: The Science of Well-Being

    The current coronavirus outbreak and the need to isolate oneself from others make many people feel anxious and stressed. Unable to do much about the overall situation, many look for answers on how to improve their own well-being.

    The free online course on “The Science of Well-Being” by Yale University addresses popular misconceptions on happiness and annoying habits of the mind. It also sets practical tasks designed to improve one’s own happiness. Since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, the course has attracted a new wave of interest, making it the most popular course in the history of the university.
