    Robot greets visitors

    The novel coronavirus is particularly dangerous for the elderly. Therefore, visitors at nursery homes have to follow new rules.

    In an Austrian nursery home, a robot greets the visitors, takes their temperature and reminds them of wearing a mask. This way the care workers are free for more important tasks. In the future, the robot might further assist them with food distribution and documentation.
