Smart Elder Care Call Centre

As they tend to suffer from much more serious symptoms, the elderly are particularly vulnerable to Covid-19 and advised to self-isolate at home. For those who are alone, this can mean that nobody notices if their health deteriorates.

The Smart Elder Care Call Centre is an intelligent phone and monitoring system installed in the homes of residents over 65, who live alone in the city centre of Kahramanmaras in Turkey. Its trained personnel is alerted about medically critical developments by digital health tracking technologies. The call centre team is also available to offer psycho-social support to help alleviate loneliness.
