    Social distancing stickers in supermarkets

    Being frequented by numerous customers everyday, supermarkets are potential places of infectious diseases to spread. None the less, they must remain open in most regions during the current COVID-19 outbreak, as they are part of the essential infrastructure.

    To nudge customers to keep their distance from each other, Danish supermarkets have put stickers on the floor. They tell the customers in which distance to stand in line, in order to decrease the risk of infection.

    Reflecting the impact of Covid-19 on the SDGs

    A new exhibition of Technisches Museum in Vienna, Austria aims to reflect the pandemic on the basis of the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations.

    Providing hospitals and frontline medical staff with necessary equipment

    To provide hospitals with missing equipment, an initiative crowdsources necessary materials such as masks and visors.
