We honour political work that promotes coexistence, in spite of our conflicting personal political views. We are looking for political leaders who take a stand for equality regardless of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other orientation, nation or social origins, wealth, birth or other factors.

Netzwärk – supporting professional perspectives for refugees and migrants
Netzwärk is a social startup that empowers people with refugee or migrant backgrounds to develop new professional perspectives for themselves.

MiFriendly Cities
A unique, multi-sectoral project brings together migrants, employers, citizens, and other services, to establish strong communities, build businesses, improve people’s lives, and foster integration.

Barcelona, Refugee City
A progressive plan prepares the city for a potentially large influx of refugees, considering the impacts on the inhabitants and coordinating City Council action with NGOs, volunteers, and citizens.

This project develops tools and resources that enable more women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams through new collaborations and events.

Athboy Walkability and Inclusive Town Developments
Athboy town ensures accessibility and inclusivity for all citizens regardless of age, physical, cognitive, or sensory impairment.

Diversity Management
The City of Mannheim sets the pace for respectful, intercultural urban coexistence, with a round table on diversity management and strategies, such as anonymous application procedures.

On the Trail of Prejudices in Częstochowa
An interactive game for all ages challenges prejudices, discrimination, and hate speech in society, involving school children, educators, entrepreneurs, and local communities.

Citizenship Income Granted
A system of mutually beneficial aid is available in Livorno, where families in economic distress are financially supported in exchange for eight hours of municipal work per week.

Citad’elles
A well-equipped shelter with a multidisciplinary team not only offers refuge to women and children fleeing domestic violence, but also assists them in administrative and legal procedures, and offers further activities to help them regain their self-confidence.

Rainbow Crossings
A small Swedish town paints its road signs in rainbow colours, calling on residents to respect LGBTQ rights and reminding them that it is okay to be different.
